thelovestory.com was originally a gift to Marian & Christer on their wedding day, June 29, 2002. It was an extension of the Swedish tradition of bröllopshäfte where the story of the bride and groom is published to all wedding guests in a small booklet, along with some entertaining activities for the guests to engage in during the wedding party.
Our Friends Mårten, Samuel & Frida created the first edition of “UPSIDE DOWN” for the wedding in Sydney (transferred via the interwebs to the printing company that delivered it to the wedding party). The second edition was published at our Swedish celebrations in August.
The current WordPress version of the site was published in May 2015. The original 2002 edition was green.
Where are we now?
Marian and Christer King Edeborg live with their two daughters on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Marian is a Vocal Coach (see singingmaz.com), and Christer runs his boutique digital marketing business Viking Ventures (see vikingventures.com.au).
